Bin Kiin is situated on the white sandybeach of Chicxulub with private beach.
This fishing town of 5500 people boasts the best and widewest beach
on the north Yucatan
coast. There is a terrace on the beachside for
you to have a see the sunset or the sunrise, relax and watch the waves, cruise ships that
sail by and the dolphins that swim and jump meters out of the water
and visible by the naked eye.

Summary: We had an awesome time at this property the 2 sisters running the property were very accommodating and did what ever they could to make us as comfortable as possible. The place was nice and clean. there was 3 of us and we stayed with 3 others and we had lots of room. The pool was nice and cool for the hot days and for the days the beach was a little too wild. Walking down the beach was really nice also, The location was also good just a half hour away from Merida where we felt really safe with our young kids. The people were really sweet and there’s a huge retirement community there also. We left a few days early and went to Cancún and we wished we stayed instead. I 100% recommend you come and stay at least a few days and check out the surroundings and small businesses, also in the month of January there’s lots of wild flamingoes. Thank you to our hosts again for the lovely stay.
