Summary: The house and pool and beach were so much fun. Yes, there were a few bugs to kill in the house, but we were in the tropics and that is to be expected. We did fix the washer which leaked a great deal of water but after my sons fixed the pipe, it worked great. There were two beautiful large refrigerators which we used. The deck rocking chair needed fixing but there was plenty of other seating, so we didn't mind. One suggesting that we have seen at other places we rented would be a written out list of things that need to be done before we leave, like were to leave the trash, what to do with the wet towels, etc. Otherwise, we would definitely come back to this location again.
