The villa completed in the year 2018, is located in the parish of Arco da Calheta - Calheta, one of the most sought after by tourists, characterized by being one of the sunniest areas of Madeira. By car, it is located just 5 minutes from Calheta beach, 25 minutes from Funchal city and 45 minutes from Madeira airport.

The dwelling:
The villa has been designed to make the most of natural light as well as provide stunning views from anywhere in the house, from bedrooms, kitchen, living room and even bathrooms. The 350m2 of construction area spread over two floors and the 1058m2 of deployment area, make the housing areas large, facilitating mobility inside and outside.
