This magnificent luxury villa has stunning views over the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and overlooks the cosmopolitan village, marina and sandy beaches of Calheta, just 1km away. Located on the cliff top, with a spectacular heated infinity pool, it is finished to a high standard and offers exceptional comfort and style for up to 6 people, with four large bedrooms, all with spectacular views and private bathrooms. The internal living area is approximately 400 m², spread over two floors and is designed for modern, open living, whilst the traditional shaded open gallery on both sides of the villa and the fantastic barbecue area will constantly draw you into the spectacular sunny terrace and swimming pool. It has oil heaters in the bedrooms and a fireplace in the living room. Calheta is known for the sunniest climate in Madeira and the villa's magnificent private garden, which blooms all year round, is testament to its unique location. The villa has private parking with remote controlled electric access gates, additional cloakroom on the ground floor, large laundry room with washing machine and dryer, study with books for you to read, wifi, Sonos speaker and large screen HD TV with international channels channels. The kitchen is fully equipped for the enthusiastic cook! It has a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, milk frother and Kenwood MultiOne food processor. The Villa is stocked with all essential household items which include; varieties of tea, instant coffee, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee capsules, sugar, kitchen, toilet paper, liquid detergents, etc.: Upon arrival you will be greeted by our manager Nelia who will show you around the property. As an extra luxury at no additional cost; Nelia will also attend the Villa during the week, at a time that suits you, changing bed linen and towels, making this a truly relaxing holiday! You will also find a basket of Madeiran products to get you into the Madeiran spirit! Nelson, our gardener, will also be around to help with anything you need outside and will always be happy to show you how to light a Madeiran-style barbecue! Outside, relax on the sun loungers or take a dip in the heated pool and relax in the Jacuzzi which is also heated and enjoy delicious grilled meat and fish on the barbecue. 5 minutes by car from the beach and Marina of Calheta and Vila da Calheta. A short drive away, you can also reach the top of paul da serra or do some hiking. Restaurants and bars within easy reach. This stretch of coast, known as the, has some of the most beautiful views in Madeira and as such is quickly becoming the place to live and holiday for the most discerning. The house is self-contained and set in well-kept gardens with terraces for alfresco dining and sunbathing. It also has a barbecue area. Inside the house offers spacious accommodation and is furnished to a high contemporary standard. The main bedroom has a double bed and a large bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms have showers. The large open-plan living area has a sofa, cable TV, DVD, video and CD player and a dining table. For the winter months there are oil radiators for the bedrooms. Parking directly at the house It is also around 10 km from Jardim do Mar, where surfing is practiced. We are just 40 km from Funchal Marina, 55 km from the airport, 4.5 km from Praia da Calheta.
