Summary: Deze woning ligt buiten het dorp dicht bij de golf van Javea in een rustige doodlopende straat. het heeft alle accommodatie voor 6 in 3 ruime kamers met airco. Alles is gelijkvloers en praktisch ingericht. Daarnaast een gemakkelijk te bedienen vaat- en wasmachine. Het huis heeft aan de buitenkant wel wat opfrissing nodig en enkele gebroken tegels rond het zwembad en buitentrap zouden best hersteld worden..
