Spacious well equipped villa located between Moraira and Javea and adjacent to the excellent 18 hole Javea golf course, this beautifully equipped villa is an ideal holiday location. The Villa is set in very private grounds, with ample parking. Beautiful south-west pool terrace, with ample seating for dining alfresco and well equipped outside kitchen with large drinks fridge and charcoal BBQ.
The internal kitchen is modern with integrated appliances. the split level lounge is spacious and equipped with two seating areas, Spanish and English freeview tv and wifi. The tastefully decorated bedrooms are spacious and well distributed, two of the bedrooms are on en-suites and have air conditioning and they other two bedrooms have fan and share the family bathroom.
The villa is also available for winter breaks and is equipped with a wood burning fire and gas central heating, utility bills will be charged purely on consumption.
