Villa Elettra is a beautiful farmhouse in the Marche region with a swimming pool and a view of the village of San Costanzo and the sea. The villa is just 8 minutes from the coast of the Adriatic Sea.
On the ground floor there is a well-stocked kitchen, a large dining room, and two large living rooms with access to the porch, a bathroom with shower, the laundry room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
