An ideal place to rest and be in harmony with nature.
The villa has an outdoor SPA pool, from May to October with warm water, 6 seats each with different jets, also ideal in autumn and spring. Outside there is a large pavement where you can eat and relax in the shade of a hundred-year-old mulberry tree. The garden furniture consists of: parasol, green resin table with chairs, gazebo with sofa and outdoor armchairs.
Independent house immersed in the Marche countryside with a wide view where you can admire the medieval towns of Mondolfo, San Costanzo and the small village of Stacciola. In the valley below is a small lake in the midst of greenery while further on is a pine forest with the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grotte.
