Today, after a long and careful restoration work, the noble building has come back to life, ready to welcome new guests with modern comforts, but also with a deep respect for the signs of past history. Villa il Tombolo conveys the great friendliness of the owners and the extraordinary refinement of the eighteenth-century villa. A very well-kept park surrounds it, with centuries-old trees. Great furniture.
Independent residence with 8 + 6 beds.
NB. At 500 meters from the villa there is a cottage which is also used for tourist rentals. Possibility to rent the two buildings separately since they both have their own swimming pool, garden and separate entrances or jointly for larger groups.
The Villa (4 bedrooms) is on the ground floor of:
a chapel consecrated to San Rocco;
a lounge (approx. 60 sqm) with a central fireplace furnished with sofas and tables, perfect for dinners and parties;
a dining room with a central table and a living room with TV (60 sq. m.), from the living room you have the possibility
through a glass door to access the basement / cellar;
a kitchen (approx. 60 sqm) which opens with two glass doors onto a terrace adjacent to the garden from which one is
access to the Villa's pool.

The kitchen is equipped with a column fridge, column freezer, electric slicer, electric oven,
stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, pots, dishwasher, tables and chairs both
outdoor and indoor, washing machine with clothes hangers in an external room.
On the first floor there are:
a central hall (approx. 50 sqm) with fireplace and vaulted ceiling furnished with sofas and period furniture from
which one accesses to the 4 suites;
one suite (2 beds) (30 sqm approx.) with vaulted ceiling and bathroom (approx. 8 sqm) in pink marble with bathtub
Jacuzzi whirlpool, the bed is double wrought iron;
a suite (2 + 2 beds) (40 sqm approx.) with a sleeping area with a double bed or two singles, a bathroom and a bathroom
wooden and wrought iron staircase leading to the loft area where the living room with sofa (which is transformed
in double bed if necessary) and TV;
a suite (2 + 2 beds) (40 sqm approx.) with living room with sofa (which turns into a double bed
if necessary), services and access to the terrace and a wooden and wrought-iron staircase leading to the area
loft where the sleeping area is located with a double bed or two single beds;
