Villa del Monte - charming & quite holiday home 2-4 pers. with garden | House in Marche

1 Bedroom House in Rupoli, Marche
Great landscape, lots of culture, the sea behind the hill: what more do you need than a clean apartment with a bathroom and kitchenette? There is a garden with a terrace and fruit and olive trees.
Peace and quiet, zero tourists, great, affordable restaurants - authentic Italy.
An uncomplicated holiday home, perfect for 2-4 people, in the middle of a quiet village, away from tourism. 20 km / 20 minutes to the sea (Fano) or the mountains (Cagli).
Your accommodation is a 2-room apartment (living room and bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom), with a small balcony in the entrance area. The living rooms can be reached via stairs as they are on the upper floor.
The house has a separate garden across the street with a seating terrace (garden furniture, garden shower, grill). If you don't want to move away from home, the garden has a shady, secluded terrace, garden shower, barbecue Fruit trees produce great fruit depending on the season. The fig tree in particular is very generous in August-September.
The house is well equipped: a comfortable double bed (160x200), a table with chairs, a kitchenette with 2-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer drawers, sink, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine in the "lower" kitchen - for shared use with guests in the basement apartment, if there are any. Otherwise free access. The bathroom is small but functional: shower, toilet, sink. The rooms have no air conditioning, only fans. TV with satellite reception, radio, CD player, no WiFi. It's not a luxury house, but everything is there.
The house is located in the centro storico of the picturesque, small village of Villa del Monte in the municipality of Terre Roveresche, province of Pesaro-Urbino, in the Metauro Valley.
The house and the garden have immediate Italian neighbors - but it is very quiet here.
It is ideal as a holiday home for anyone who is looking for genuine Italianita: no tourism but encounters with people, normal everyday life of Italians, picturesque landscape of the “little sister of Tuscany”.
It is the ideal starting point for beach holidays (20 km to the sea - 15 minutes on the superstrada), mountain hikes in the Apennines (30 km to Cagli), exploring small historic towns and towns nearby (Pesaro - Capital of Culture 2024! - Urbino, Fano, Jesi, Rimini).
In addition, there is pure Italy here: markets, wine and olive farms, decent restaurants, outlets with Italian fashion...
We also rent the house on a daily basis (min. 3 days).
The house is 20 km inland from Fano (our favorite beach, port and coastal town) between Rimini and Ancona.
It is very easy to reach (Rimini, Bologna, Forli, Ancona) with low-cost airlines (Tuifly, Ryanair, Germanwings, Wizzair). You need a car on site, as there are no shops, bars, etc. directly in town.
The house and the surrounding area radiate great peace. If you need a lively life, go to Fano or Pesaro or Fossombrone.
Many guests have already told us that this is a house where you “come home” and not just for overnight stays.
