Positive: The house is very pretty. Right across the street from the beach. Nice patio area. The kitchen is well appointed.
Negative: The air conditioning is not sufficient for the house. The only floor that was cool was the first floor. It was in the 80's on the second and third floors the whole time we were there. Unfortunately, the main bedroom and kids bedroom is on the 3rd floor. It was difficult to sleep or get ready. There is no beach equipment except for an ice chest. The chair service at the beach is almost $100 per day for 4 people.
