Summary: This is the fifth home I have rented in this gated neighborhood. The property looked nice on the surface but it has multiple issues which negatively impacted the stay: 1- Significant size hornet nest on both second and third level balconies. This prevented us from using the area. 2 - Lights in primary bedroom were unplugged and would not work when plugged in. 3 - Carpet in main Living Room was dirty. 4 - No cable or TV channels provided. Everything was app only on the TV and we were not supplied with any log in information to access. 5 - primary bed was stiff and uncomfortable. 6- Wand in jetted tub did not work. 7 - Water pressure was very weak.
