Walking up the imperial staircase leads you to the second floor where a library area, a family room, game room, and four additional bedrooms are located. Additional luxuries include an amazing chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, cooking and entertainment essentials, a breakfast Nook, FREE coffee, and an office area. You will have plenty of room to kick your feet up and enjoy every moment of your time spent in our beautiful home!
Upstairs, you’ll find a library area for some quiet time, nice nook that can transform to an 8 Player Poker Table. The Game Room will keep you entertained with a Full-Sized Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Magnetic Darts Board, it’s own kitchenette/ Bar, with a dedicated stairway that leads directly to the Outdoor entertainment area. The Outdoor entertainment area is part of the beautiful yard that comes with our home. Enjoy the views of the Ski-Mountains, Lake reserve, and beautiful Sunsets while grilling, and entertaining your family and friends. There’s a Ping-Pong table, Horseshoe Pit, CornHole games, and plenty of space for outdoor activities.

This is a gas-only fireplace, this means no trash or wood in the fireplace.
Driving Mountain roads- During winter months (Nov 1- Apr 1), California law states all vehicles must carry chains. In the mountain, we have unpredictable weather and freezing temperatures where chains could be needed at any time. Make sure to check with Cal-Trans or CA Highway Patrol for current road conditions.
Local Chain Requirement Conditions:
R1 - No Restrictions
R2 - Chains required on all 2wd vehicles on drive wheels, 4wd/AWD must have chains in the vehicle.
R3 - All vehicles must have chains on
R4 - Roads closed except to emergency vehicles.
