Positive: Staff was responsive when you call the number provided..
Negative: How to go and get in the property was last minute… they give you instructions exactly on check in time. I guess to avoid guests not to come in earlier than the time they are scheduled.. made me feel uneasy if the cabin was available for us.
Summary: The stay was very comfortable.
