There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with modern decor, stylish furnishings, and high-end linens so you can enjoy a luxurious place to rest after long days at the beach.
The spacious primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, and a beautiful wooden dresser and nightstand so you can easily store your belongings during your stay. In the morning, open the door to the private balcony and take in the fresh air and the unobstructed views of the ocean. You’ll also find a sleek private ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and a double vanity.
The second bedroom is also sunny and bright, with plenty of natural light streaming in through large windows. This room offers a plush queen-sized bed and a closet to store your belongings. The third bedroom is furnished with a lovely queen bed and funky bedside tables. These two bedrooms have access to a beautiful shared bathroom that offers a bathtub and shower combination.
Both full bathrooms are stocked with soft towels, hairdryers, body wash, and shampoo for your convenience. There is an additional half bath on the main floor to cater to the common areas. You’ll also find a washing machine and dryer so you can take care of your laundry needs during your stay.

There is some construction happening throughout the neighborhood. Please be aware you may hear it during the day.
We have regularly scheduled cleaning for the hot tub that may take place during your stay. The tech will not disturb you and does not need access to the home itself.
PETS
At our home, we allow our guests to bring one dog per booking. While we welcome you to bring your furry friend, we do have a few rules we ask you to follow to help protect our home’s furniture and linens. Please do not leave your pet alone in the home unless crated. Pets are not allowed in beds or on indoor / outdoor furniture. All pet waste needs to be picked up and thrown away prior to checkout. Pet owners will be responsible to pay any damages or additional cleaning fees if needed following checkout. Our pet fee is $250 per stay and will be added on to your total booking amount when you add a pet to your guest list. This fee does not cover any damages caused by your pet during your stay.
