Positive: The beach house was directly across from the beach and it included access to the neighborhood pool. The house was spacious and very cozy for a family! It was fully stocked with kitchen and grilling supplies (minus charcoal). Outside shower to rinse off and water house to rinse off beach stuff. We absolutely loved our stay!! You have to catch the sunset on the back porch it is beautiful and the view of the beach is so relaxing!!
