Summary: Overall we had a great stay at this property. The house is beautiful! We had a group of 14 adults and felt it was just enough space. It would feel very full with more guests. The property management left something to be desired though. Upon arriving, the door code I was given did not work. After leaving a voicemail, I received a text with a different code a few minutes later, which was great. The big issue was with a busted sprinkler head in the yard, which is irrigated using water from the septic system. I reached out repeatedly to ask if it could be fixed, as it was putting off a terrible sewage smell several times per day- making it unpleasant to be out back on the deck or at the fire pit. Our guests were having to go inside to get away from the smell. The management company repeatedly told me this was normal and supposed to happen, even though I told them the busted sprinkler head was literally laying on the ground next to where the smelly water was shooting up, and the water was going off at the same time as the other sprinkler heads. Hopefully they will actually believe/realize the issue at some point and fix it, because it really put a damper on our stay! We didn’t even bother to ask for help with minor things for our medium-sized group staying for 7 nights, like dishwasher pods, hot tub chemicals, toilet paper, missing fan remote, TV not connecting to WiFi, etc. after management was so unwilling to fix a critical sewage issue. That being said, we still had fun!
