The Salty Lab offers beautiful ocean and sound views from this gorgeous home just steps from the beach (just one lot from the beach access)! This is the perfect beach house for gatherings with family and friends – offering 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have private baths. The open great room has lots of windows allowing natural light to pour in. Lots of living space for small and large groups to gather – including the den on the mid-level and game room/den on the lower level, plus the captain's watch! Outside the home is a large, beautifully landscape fully fenced yard surrounding the fenced in private pool and hot tub. Take in spectacular sunsets from the community sound access! The bike path along Duck Road will allow you to take in all that Duck has to offer, from 'downtown Duck' including the weekly activities at the Town Park to the quieter spots like those on the soundfront on your way to Corolla!
Level 1:
Dry entry from the carport; living room/game room with a full sized second refrigerator and Queen sleep sofa, 1 bedroom (with Twins) and a full bath; laundry room. The outdoor area includes a large, landscaped yard, fenced off from the private pool, hot tub and enclosed outdoor shower.

3 bedrooms (1 with King, private bath with double vanity and tub/shower combo, deck access; 1 with Queen, private, bath with tub/shower combo; 1 with Pyramid bunk, private bath with a tub/shower combo). Den/sitting room with deck access and an entertainment center.

The top level of this reverse floor plan home includes a spacious great room containing a living room, kitchen with new appliances and large, comfortable dining area all with LVT flooring.
