Summary: I went to use the washer, it’s disgusting and full of mold. The master shower was tiny and had mold In the corner. The decks were gross and needed power washed. The kitchen garbage can lid - back side - has never been cleaned and was filthy. The lawn was not a lawn, it was dirt pretty much and had small pieces of garbage including several nails that I found. Upon arrival there were no sheets or towels in the place. I contacted the leasing company who told me to look on the porch. The bag was soaked from the rain but contained the sheets and towels. Thankfully they were in a plastic bag. After driving 14 hour I was told they don’t make the beds and I was responsible to do so. Also- they rarely clean the comforter. GROSS. So someone else’s bare axx was likely on the bed. Thankfully I had brought an extra blanket that I ended up using. The only good thing about this place was really the pool and jacuzzi tub.
