Spectacular location on a high dune with panoramic views of ocean and sound - just three lots from oceanfront and beach access. Relax in the 14 x 28 pool and hot tub for 6. Every room has view of ocean or sound. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Spacious decks on two levels. Comfortable furnishings and vaulted great room and breakfast bar/dining/well stocked kitchen area designed with families in mind. Direct sound access is perfect for water sports and crabbing. Renovations done in 2017, including carpet, bathrooms, kitchen cabinets and flooring and window coverings.

4 bedrooms. King bedroom with private bath with shower, wall mounted 47” TV and deck; 2 bedrooms both with Queens, both with wall mounted 32” TV and one with deck; 1 bedroom with Twins with mounted 42” TV with Blu-ray DVD player. Full bathroom with tub in hall.
Level 2:
Great room (vaulted ceiling), 55” wall mounted flat screen TV in the living room, stereo with CD player, desk/workstation, kitchen with pantry, breakfast bar (seats 4), dishwasher, disposal, dining table (seats 8), full bath with tub.
