Summary: Great location but the suggestion that the family might gather around the outside fire pit was completely inaccurate. Zero maintenance in the background and overgrown with weeds. Management seemed surprised and said HOA would take care of it. Not sure that the HOA has a responsibility for an enclosed backyard. Housekeeping subpar- used bloody bandaid left on floor; strands of hair on pillow. Reported all to management during stay.
