Positive: The property backs onto the beach via a river inlet. Amazing access to the beach and lots of bird life, swans, oyster catchers, stints, plovers, pelicans, herons and more.
Negative: A few things need a bit of maintenance mainly the bench outside on the verandah is broken and unstable. The TV is old and does not work well.
