The Space:
The property consists of two separate cottages on the same title and made available for you to enjoy in private. Your booking will be for *both* cottages.
The cottages are positioned on Bolton's Beach, a secluded slice of heaven on Tasmania's east coast and only 20 minutes from the coastal township of Orford where you can stock up on supplies at the local IGA supermarket and bottle shop. There are also several pubs in and around Orford if you choose to eat out.
Each cottage contains two bedrooms and can sleep up to four guests each. The cottages are fully equipped with all the amenities you need to feel right at home during your stay, including a bathroom, kitchen, and separate living area. Each cottage is completely self-contained, providing plenty of privacy and space for guests.
The cottages are joined by a fantastic outdoor entertaining area that overlooks the beach. This space is the perfect spot for guests to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the ocean.

Early Rise Beachfront Cottages are located north of Triabunna and the coastal township of Orford, on the east coast of Tasmania. We are on a remote stretch of the coast known as Bolton's Beach. The area is known for its relaxed and laid-back lifestyle.
The Tasmanian east coast is surrounded by natural beauty, including pristine beaches and nearby Maria Island National Park. Residents and visitors can enjoy a range of outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, hiking, and wildlife watching.
The Triabunna township is approx. 10-15 drive from our property where checking out "The Fish Van" for fresh fish and chips is a must whilst in the area. Orford is a further 5 minutes south and has a number of cafes and pubs plus an IGA supermarket.

The easiest way to get to and around Bolton's Beach is by car. From Hobart, the drive takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes via the Tasman Highway.
Public transport is very limited along the east coast of Tasmania. There is a bus service that runs between Hobart and Triabunna, the nearest town to Bolton's Beach. However, the service is infrequent so it's best to check the timetable in advance.
