Located on almost a third of an acre, the center of the back yard features the pool and integrated spa. The upper deck has lounge chairs and a firepit lounge area. The lower deck has more lounge chairs for a total of 8, a covered outdoor dining table for 10 and an outdoor TV. The front courtyard is peaceful and quiet with mountain views, seating, and lush landscaping with a meandering brick path.
The interior has been completely remodeled and has a gorgeous kitchen with gas range, slab granite countertops and stainless appliances. The large island has seating for 6. The spacious great room has comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV. The dining room features a massive table with seating for 12 - it's sure to be the gathering place for food and fun. The entire back wall of the open concept interior lets in the bright pool views.
The bedrooms are all beautifully styled and feature hotel quality mattresses, flatscreen TVs and ample storage. The Master suite has a King bed and private doors to the back yard. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, double vanities and walk-in closet. Suite 2 is in the Casita and is accessible from inside the house or out. It has a King bed, private doors to the yard and en suite bath with a shower. Suite 3 has a King bed and en suite bath with shower. Bedroom 4 has a King bed. Bedroom 5 has 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds for a total of 4 Twin beds. They share a bathroom with a combo tub/shower.

Summary: Everything about the property made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Their was so much space with a very open atmosphere for 12 family members that we never felt crowded. Even better was having the availability of a fully equipped kitchen and two refers, almost as if it was our home - really considering returning next year!
