Details: This beautiful Seacrest home at 60 Walton Gulfview Drive is located just across from the beach! Be at Rosemary Beach or The Hub in minutes using the home's Low-Speed Vehicle or 6 adult bikes! This 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home can comfortably sleep up to 22 guests and includes notable features, including a private pool, spacious balcony and porch, and outdoor grill to maximize your time outdoors and enjoy the Gulf breeze year-round. The entire home is professionally decorated to reflect an updated modern style with coastal touches.
The home's kitchen and cozy living area are on the first floor, where you'll find everything you need to entertain guests inside or outside on the screened porch, which doubles as a secondary living area and outdoor kitchen. The main kitchen in the home features designer cabinetry and appliances and seating for 15 at the dining table and breakfast bar. The outdoor dining table can seat 6. The porch also has a grill, sectional, and a flat-screen TV mounted for year-round enjoyment around the pool. There is one guest room on this floor with a king bed and private bathroom attached. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also on this floor.
