2 Bedroom House in Seacrest, Panama City Beach

This Pet Friendly unit has been totally renovated and updated with today's finest appointments. All new freshly painted walls . Crown molding through out. Entire unit painted soft creme color and new carpet up the stairs and thru out the entire second floor . The furniture, lighting, accessories and original art are all unique creative works and like no other oceanfront town home in the area. In may of 2024 we put all new living room upholstery
Double leather recliners / (2) creme swivel lounge chairs / plaid club chair for additional seating
LVP lines the entire first floor (luxury vinyl tile)
The highest quality furniture, appliances, and treatments through out the home. There are only eight units, so this makes for a more peaceful and relaxing setting compared to the areas with 'Tall towers' yet just minutes away from shopping and dining.
No buildings are allowed more than four stories on Scenic County East Hwy 30-A.
It is a little 'Piece of Heaven' on earth.
Spring of 2018 entire building was stripped of old stucco and resurfaced with Hardie board. we also expanded the patio for large space to gather with friends and family.

Summary: Wonderful family vacation at this property. Great communication with owners. The private beach is pristine and so convenient to the condo…steps away. Publix nearby made it easy to cook, but DoorDash was also a win! Lots of laughs and morning coffee on the upstairs balcony!! Loved it!!
