The unit sits directly over the beach with access to beach right at your back door
1 king master on second floor with balcony overlooking the beach for morning coffee and evening cocktails and sunsets on comfortable PolyWood rockers. There is a cozy queen size second bedroom . Each bedroom has its own private full bath with rain heads along with hand held sprayers for relaxing showers after a long day at the beach.
The living area has queen sleeper along with a direct view of the amazing 600,000 square mile Gulf Of Mexico
Dining area has same amazing view and a dining table set for 4
Entire first level is covered in the current popular Luxury Vinyl Plank.
Recently entire building was renovated with Hardie Plank and expanded new patios on first level with beautiful gulf view. Includes pub height Pollywood dining for 4 on the patio

Summary: First time in Panama Beach area and not disappointed. The place was perfect for what our family was looking for. Great location with access to beach and the best view from the balcony. The condo itself was great. Very clean and maintained. Will definitely be back here.
