The exterior of this home offers covered concrete parking, covered bar/entertainment area with sink, amazing covered and open deck areas for lounging and al fresco dining, private infinity pool and private boardwalk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! A spacious enclosed foyer has stairs that lead to floors above. An elevator is available for guest use. The first floors incredible open living/dining/kitchen area features 2-story ceilings and walls of glass overlooking the sea. The light and airy decor of this home creates an elegant and serene atmosphere to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Living area amenities include lots of comfortable seating for your group, flat screen TV with home theatre system and direct deck access. The fabulous kitchen has everything needed to prepare coastal feasts and features designer stainless appliances (including double ovens and two refrigerator/freezers), beautiful quartz counters, fabulous custom cabinetry, large pantry area and separate breakfast bar. There is plenty of seating at mealtime at the large dining table and breakfast table with breathtaking Gulf views as the backdrop for memories that will last a lifetime. Outside deck space on the first floor features the amazing infinity pool, elevated above the dunes and overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. With covered and open deck areas, the beautifully furnished outside living space features lounger chairs and two tables for relaxing and enjoying Gulf views and breezes.
First floor sleeping accommodations feature the NE king master bedroom with flat screen TV and private balcony, the East king master bedroom with flat screen TV and private balcony and the bunk bedroom with 2 bunk beds (full/full and twin/twin), flat screen TV and attached full bathroom. The second floor features an interior balcony overlooking the living area with desk/workspace that is perfect for remote work/study. The incredible SE king master bedroom with enormous walk-in shower, soaking tub and private deck access offers flat screen TV, stunning Gulf views and a private sitting area. Additional sleeping accommodations on this floor include the NE king master bedroom with flat screen TV and private balcony and the East king master bedroom with private balcony. There is a laundry area with washer/dryer located on both the first and second floor, and an additional full bathroom on the first floor offers additional guest convenience.
