This home is just one street over from the Plantation Clubhouse, Magnolia Pool and fitness center.
The exterior of this vacation home features a double front porch. The lower-level front porch is perfect for drinking coffee while sitting in the modern rocking chairs and watching the sunrise from your own front porch. The upper front porch has comfortable lounge seating for gathering with family and friends, and at a height above the trees gives a limited view of the Gulf. The gated pool has lounge chaises, Adirondacks, and bench seating for your group, and there is a small back porch to keep an eye on kids swimming in the pool while cooking in the kitchen or catching the sunset over the bay. The exterior also has a large driveway that can accommodate multiple cars, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, and park style grill.
Upstairs, you will find a coastal foyer with a basket of beach towels for your convenience. The foyer leads to a spa-like main sleeping floor as you enter the home. The main suite has two large spa-like lounge chairs in the main sunroom for watching the sunrise, reading, or relaxing; a 40-inch smart TV, a sound machine and a charging station, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with a rainfall showerhead. The second bedroom also features a smart TV, a charging station, comfortable coastal seating, and a view overlooking the pool. This bedroom shares the bathroom, also with a rainfall showerhead, with the bunkroom, which has a smart TV on a swivel stand and seating for kids and gamers.
The top floor features a spacious open floor plan for the living/dining/kitchen area with an attached balcony and half bathroom. The soothing colors, soft coastal rugs, stainless chandeliers, ceiling fans, and soothing white curtains create a relaxing environment for gathering with friends and family. This level contains a 50-inch smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. This home also provides a library with books, games, a stereo, and a large indoor/outdoor Bluetooth speaker. There is also a game table with two huge bucket chairs for playing games or sitting the kids down to have a bite. The sunroom off the living room adds to the space with a desk looking out over the trees for those who need to check in with work remotely and has a sunlit reading nook with two large seagrass wing chairs. The completely renovated kitchen (2022) has a large kitchen island with seating for seven, new quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and spectacular lighting. The extending dining table holds from six to eight comfortably and sits under a silver pendant with a view of the sunset out the dining room window. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
