The Space:
Enjoy the quaint mountain town life at this charming 2-bedroom condo situated in Frisco. Guests will find three levels of living space inside the home, with an open and social living/kitchen/dining and two bedrooms on separate floors. Within walking distance to the main street, public transportation, and hiking trails, endless adventures await just outside the door of this lovely condo!
As you enter the home on the ground floor you will be greeted by a tiled entryway with a small bench, the ideal space to unload your outdoor gear before settling in. Off the entryway, you will find a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo, the first bedroom with a queen-size bed and spacious closet, and a second room that is a dynamic common space great for relaxing with a twin-over-full bunk bed and additional storage space for personal items. Guests will find a second bedroom, the master bedroom, in the basement providing great separation of space between the sleeping areas. In the master bedroom, you will find a comfortable king-size bed, a 55” TV you can watch right from the bed, and a walk-in closet that has been turned into a small office space, complete with a desk, office chair, and a computer monitor. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a shower/bathtub combo.
The upper level of the home features a bright and open living/kitchen/dining area, the perfect space for socializing with your group. This level of the home has everything you need for eating and entertainment in one open area, including an outdoor balcony. Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your meal at the kitchen island or the dining table where you will find seating for four. Rounding out the open common space is the stylish living room where you will find a comfortable large grey leather sectional tucked underneath a large window flooding the space with natural light. Take the entertaining outside and step out onto the private balcony located just off the kitchen area where you will find two patio chairs and a propane BBQ. Plan the next day’s adventure as you sit out on the balcony taking in the view of snow-capped mountains and trees.
Guests will also have access to a washer and dryer, which are located in the basement just outside of the master bedroom.

Situated just off of I-70, Frisco's location puts you close to the top ski resorts in the area, all while enjoying quaint mountain town life. Enjoy the condo's close proximity to many of the area's top attractions, all within walking distance from the home. Take a stroll over to the bustling Main Street lined with shops and unique restaurants, have a family day at the Frisco Adventure park, or explore one of the many parks or trailheads in the area. This condo is less than five minutes from several hiking and biking trails such as North Tenmile Creekhead, Miners Creek, and Rainbow Lake trailhead. Or enjoy a day at the Frisco Bay Marina or Old Dillion Reservoir, both within less than a 10-minute drive from the condo. Whatever the outdoor adventure, skiing or sledding in the winter, hiking or biking in the summer, Frisco is an easy-to-navigate town that is the perfect home base for year-round fun.
Getting Around:
Frisco is located just off I-70 making it easy to stay connected to the surrounding Breckenridge area during your stay. Thanks to the Summit Bus Stage, those without a vehicle can get around with each. This is a FREE bus service from which you can find routes to easily stay connected to Breckenridge, Dillon, Keystone, Silverthorne, and other surrounding areas. A 5-minute walk from the condo will take you to the Granite St. bus stop connecting you with the Summit Stage bus making it easy to reach four, world-class ski resorts in Summit County with no parking hassle.
If you have a rental car you can easily reach the slopes on your own with Keystone Ski Resort and Breckenridge Ski resort within a 20-minute drive from your front door! This condo's great location makes it easy to walk to many of Frisco's main attractions, eateries and shops, and abundant outdoor recreation. Frisco's bustling Main Street is less than a 15-minute walk away, or with just a quick 10-minute walk you can be out exploring the hiking trails at Rainbow Lake Trailhead. Other top attractions in the area are within a 10-minute drive from the condo such as Frisco Bay Marina or Old Dillion Reservoir. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
