This lovely Frisco home holds an abundance of unique family history, making it all the more charming and ideal for family getaways to the mountains. Located in a quiet, well-established neighborhood, this "earth home' features solar panels, LEDs, recycling, and the option to compost. There is no lack of things to love as the home boasts a private hot tub, multiple decks, and a fenced yard - great for the little ones. You'll love being within a stroll of downtown Frisco's shops, parks, and restaurants and free public transit service (Summit Stage) within Summit County, providing access to public lands, town centers, retail areas, and medical centers. Explore the trails for hiking and biking trails, community tennis courts, and water activities on Lake Dillon. The Frisco Nordic Center, Dillon Amphitheater, and Breckenridge Golf Club are less than 12 miles away. Copper Mountain, Vail Resort, and Keystone Resort are less than 30 miles away.
Inside, the open living room offers soft seating, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. The second family room also features a fireplace, TV, and enough space for everyone to sprawl out and get comfortable.
