The Lagoon Town Home has everything you need for a fun Rocky Mountain Vacation! The Frisco location is central to the major area ski resorts at Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin. If you are looking to day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park or perhaps Vail, you will easily access the I70 highway in less than one mile. Frisco Main St is just about a mile away as well, and here you will find boutique shopping and restaurants.
Situated on two levels, the living space and sleeping quarters are separated. When you enter the home there is a two car garage and a private entrance with the stairs leading up to the first level with the living space. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Pots, pans, silverware, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, and not to be forgotten an automatic dishwasher are all available for use. There is plenty of granite counter space to prepare meals, and the L shape creates additional bar seating with two stools. The adjacent dining room table will seat 6 persons. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a leather recliner, love seat, and a sofa with fold out sofa sleeper mattress. Above the gas fireplace there is a large 65 inch smart TV so you can catch the game or your favorite TV show. The living room exits to a furnished balcony with adirondack chairs and a gas grill. This main living space also has a powder room.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The guest room is at the top of the stairs and has a queen size bed and 19 inch flat screen TV with cable. The guest bath is located off the hall and has a full tub and shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 40 inch flat screen TV with cable, and master en-suite bathroom with full tub and shower. Both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you comfortable in the summer months.
The club house with indoor pool, 2 indoor hot tubs, and exercise facility is conveniently located just next to the town home. Just a short 50 yard walk from the town home is the Summit County Recreation Path that winds around Lake Dillon. The path is well used in the summer by cyclists and runners. The path is also popular in the winter! The path is used cross country skiing and walking/snowshoeing. The free Summit Stage Bus pick up location is just .75 miles from the condo, so if you are not traveling with a car you can get around easily. You will also be with in a mile of grocery stores, Walmart, and shopping plaza. Whole Foods is also close by just behind the shopping plaza.
