4 Bedroom Villa in Lepetane

After we purchased the property in 2007, we tore down an earthquake-damaged stone house and meticulously restored it with the original stone and enlarged the house to its approximate 275 square meters, not including the gardens. Every room has a sea view, and the second-floor bedrooms rooms all have balconies; floors throughout the house are imported ceramic tiles, and bathrooms and kitchen are fully remodeled. House is full of open and airy spaces and has very high ceilings (almost 3 meters). We extensively re-landscaped the gardens and added private parking. The location is ideal because the house sits on the sea close to Tivat and Kotor.

Summary: My friends and I rented out this house for about a week while we were traveling throughout Eastern Europe. The house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was spacious, modern and met all of our needs. The location is ideal, as you can bike into town or bike to the riva. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with and gave us great suggestions on what to do, where to eat, etc. We will definitely be staying at this house again when we go back. Thanks again for having us!
