The locations of the house is very attractive -it is situated in Stoliv, small, peaceful place in the Boka Kotorska bay famous for its interference of mountain and sea winds mixed with 548 types of herbs that are suitable for lung diseases, particularly in the late spring and early autumn. It is only 25 min drive from Kotor s Old Town and just 10 min drive from Porto Montenegro and Tivat .The house stairs take you down to the sea in just a couple of seconds.
This two house property offers breathtaking sea and mountain views from all floors and as a bonus there is a huge heated outdoor pool where you can enjoy unlimited sea views that reach up to Perast islands.If you are more an inside person you can admire the view from inside jacuzzi while drinking your favorite wine.
The ground floor of the main house contains a simply divine living space with comfortable sofas and a flat screen tv ,a fully equipped gourmet kitchen where you can prepare home-cooked meals ,bathroom and dining area.Living room and dining area also feature sea views.
