The wildlife abounds in the ponds or in the trees. There is an outside porch, a screened in porch and a Florida Sun Room, all with stunning views. It is a mobile home but you would never know it. It is a large, comfortable space surrounded by nature and golfers.
This home has 1,300+ square footage plus the porches. It has a 65' TV in the living room, new living room couch and love seat with four recliners. There is a view of the golf course from the living room too! The kitchen is brand new as of August 2021. There are all new appliances, new soft close cabinets, and granite counter tops. It has a master bedroom with a view of the course, a king size bed, two dressers, desk and a 55" TV. There is a walk in closet and an attached master bath with a walk in shower. They are located in a room off the porch so you do not have to walk outside to do clothes. There is also a view of the golf course from here! There is a large refrigerator in the 14X14 laundry room which is for extra food or beverages. A golf cart garage is attached to the laundry room so you can keep dry if it should rain.
