The location is key for being able to hit all of the amazing 36 included executive golf courses throughout the Villages. There are also 18 Championship golf courses that you can master your skills at. The wonderful Nancy Lopez golf course and county club being the closest. Your Villa is close to the original Spanish Springs square where there is nightly entertainment, activities and many staple restaurants like Kati Belle’s. Close by are many recreational centers including the Chatham Center which is a stone’s throw away and includes a family pool, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. Also close by is the Savannah Center which offers an abundance of fun activities and friendly gathering areas. And if your into Pickle-ball, you chose the right place as there are several courts and players ready to go!

After your relaxing sleep, grab your coffee and head into the spacious living room with your flat screen TV and comfy couch. Or if you prefer sit in the Dining room or relax in the kitchen breakfast nook to start your amazing day at the Villages. As we love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare a lovely meal if you decide to stay in and dine. There is also a tropical patio area to relax and listen to the birds sing and bees buzz.
The Villa is equipped with Cable service as well as high speed WiFi. There are a multitude of restaurants throughout the Villages and in the 3 hopping Villages Squares. Cruise around in a Golf Cart and get to any destination on the expansive Golf Cart roads.
