Our home away from home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and a large open concept family room with vaulted ceilings. This designer furnished unit uses light/neutral colours throughout featuring a coastal theme. Our kitchen features upgraded Bosch stainless steel appliances. A coffee station welcomes you with Keurig, Nespresso and drip appliances. The large master bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed and has an ensuite with a walk in shower. You can access the lanai and have your morning coffee through the sliding glass door from the master or relax gazing through the bay window. The second bedroom features 2 singles beds that can be converted to a king. We offer 3 flat screen TV’s with full cable and unlimited internet. Our community offers an 18 hole pay as you play public PGA golf course, 3 swimming pools, clubhouse, exercise facility, tennis courts, bocce ball, volleyball, basketball and the beautiful walking paths sourrounding the community. You have many beaches to choose from that are within a short drive. Stoneybrook is located in the hub of it all really. It is a 10 minute drive to the Southwest Florida Airport. It is within walking distance to Publix, CVS, Miramar Outlets, FGCU University and so many restaurants. Both the Gulfcoast Center and Coconut Point Mall are all a 10 minute drive. If you love sports, you can enjoy hockey at he Hertz Arena or baseball at Jet Blue Park. You will have easy access to the I-75 and US-41, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key, Vanderbilt, South Naples, Tigertail, Marco Island Beaches and many more.
