Come and relax at this newly built (2023) 800 sq ft peaceful guest house on a private 2.5-acre estate property. Everything in this guest house is brand new inside and out..All nestled on an Oak tree laden piece of paradise.
The space
Your stay features one spacious bedroom with a comfortable king bed. Open floor plan living area with queen sleeper couch. Fully equipped kitchen and brand-new stainless appliances..And quartz countertops..Home also features a covered car port..With ring exterior security cameras.
Guest access
Guest will have private access to the entire guest home.
Other things to note
We provide linens, towels, starter rolls of paper towels and toilet paper for your arrival.
Long term stay is preferred, 2night minimum required.
This guest house is conveniently located in the middle of Estero, FL close to shopping and dining. Area offers countless bars and restaurants for your evening fun.

-1 small dog is welcome under 30 lbs . $100.00 pet fee.
You will be provided a code for the digital front door lock, so you can let yourself inside.

Summary: The house is very nice and well built We really like the open look and the tall doors. Mark and Julia are very nice. We look forward to next year when we plane on staying 20 nights. Great location!
