- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 9pm-9am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated

Summary: My husband and 3 boys, along with my sister, her husband and 2 girls stayed here for 2 nights - and had the absolute best time! This house was exactly what we were looking for. It had all the feels of a cozy cabin in New Hampshire but had plenty of room for the 9 of us to spend time together without being on top of each other! The kids absolutely loved playing on all of the arcade games in the basement!There is a Keurig machine - something I was wondering before we got there. Also, the house is a little cold, so bring slippers (not a deal breaker by ANY means!). The cathedral ceilings make it absolutely beautiful to look at - but make it hard to keep the house warm. We did light a fire both nights and loved it :)I would absolutely come back to this house again! The owners were wonderful and easy to get in touch with. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
