Positive: it was far to get to North Conway or the fryberg fair. our family was able to make some me memories.
Negative: very dark,no yard, the carpet does need a hood cleaning. bed in downstairs room very uncomfortable. no local channels to watch. lots of things we had to do before we left. my husband cleaned the grill and removed several other renters mess. the outside deck cooler was filthy. the outdoor porch as chairs were covered in webs and the Adirondack chairs with the pillows were covered in yuck. there is no way that this place was cleaned and setup for us prior to our 4 arrival. we wouldn’t rent it again. sometimes staff can get comfortable in cleaning and just do the minimum and think the renters wont notice but we did.
Summary: very misleading about a short walk to the beach. it should have read short walk to a pond with a small sand area for kid
