Positive: The apartment was clean and well set out. Worked well for a family however we did indicate how many people were staying and were told we had enough beds this was not the case. The bed in the lounge room was not suitable for 2 and would only accommodate small children.
Negative: The bed configuration was not as indicated and the extra bed in the lounge room would only accommodate small children not teenagers. The staff member who met us was very rude and due to our baggage being delayed we were late for the meet. I did keep in contact with the staff member the whole time and as we had just arrived from Australia we did not have the 20 in cash we now needed due to our bags being lost. The meet staff became very upset with us and then continued to harass us for the 20 overnight and into the next morning. As soon as we were awake I transferred the money.
