The kitchen, with access through the service door, is very large, with a table for daily dining, large storage space in the kitchen and office, fully equipped with all appliances and a small toilet. There is also a gym area equipped with a reformer (Pilates), a bicycle and a stretcher.
The night area is composed of a dressing room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 1 of them very spacious and external and with access to a large 20m2 terrace with views of the Tibidabo mountain. Another bedroom, also very spacious, with excellent views and lots of light. The third bedroom is internal, but also very bright. To support the bedrooms there is a fourth room used exclusively as a dressing room.
The bathrooms are spacious, with exterior light, one of them with a shower tray and the other with a bathtub.
The house is heated by radiators with gas boiler and refrigerated with Split air conditioning in the living-dining area, as well as in the corridor area of the rooms.
