Enjoy your family vacation this summer at "The Pink House in Holgate," a side-by-side duplex located on the quiet south end of Long Beach Island in Holgate. Just a few houses from the beach and the bay with a 360 degree panoramic view from the oversized rooftop deck! No pets or smoking/vaping allowed on the premises.
Since this area of LBI is only one block wide, there is very little street traffic which offers security and serenity to enhance your relaxation. A playground & tennis court are just one block south and overlook the bay. At the very southern end of the Island is the Edwin B. Forsythe Wildlife Preserve. This federally-funded and maintained area has uninhibited views of the ocean, the natural beach, and the Atlantic City skyline.
Party boats are close by for those who enjoy deep-sea fishing. There are plenty of restaurants and retail shops all over the Island and only a few miles north is the popular Fantasy Island arcade & amusement park, water park and mini golf centers!
NOTE: Tenants will have NO access to garage. tenants to bring own pillows and blankets, none will be provided.
