Positive: Open and spacious.
Negative: No trash bags, only an empty box. Minimal towels/wash cloths, linen closet locked. Floors were a bit dirty. Dishes in cupboard were dirty. Very low water pressure in the master shower.
Summary: It worked for what we needed but should be better maintained.
