Location. Location. Location! Our house, “Orange-a-lope Manor”, is located 10 minutes from Phoenix Skyharbor Int'l Airport. It's close to all freeways & sports venues. Tempe Diablo Stadium is 5 min away & ASU is just 15 minutes drive. The house is tucked in a neighborhood between Arizona Grand Resort and the Buttes Resort. Great hiking trails, horseback riding, waterparks, and golf courses are all easily accessible. Come enjoy a private backyard with a swimming pool & shaded patio.
Welcome to our retro-styled home oasis. We are tech savvy with 3 LED TVs, digital thermostat & new AC unit, security system, & fast WiFi. This house is very centrally located on the Phoenix/ Tempe border, and a great place to unwind after a day of golf or business meetings. It’s not a huge house, but the layout is open and inviting- like a mid century bungalow. The yard, on the other hand, is massive and private. We have 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third smaller bedroom has a bunkbed with a full bed in the bottom and a twin on the top. Relax by the pool, grill with the family, play horseshoes and darts, or just stay inside in the ice cold air-conditioning. Quickly über to Old Town Scottsdale or make the drive out to the Salt River for a tubing adventure.
