This marvelous property offers plenty of space for guests. With 6 bathrooms, there's no need to wait in line. We hope you enjoy what our place has to offer. Only 25 min away from Downtown Dallas, this is the ultimate stay. With a huge backyard (1 ACRE) this house is perfect for long private stays or hosting the ultimate place for the holidays. No rearranging of any furniture or decor. Any additional hours outside of the agreed upon revelation will incur a $150 per hour fee (rounded up). Any unauthorized guests will incur a $150 per person charge. Parking on the grass or not on the designated driveway of the property will incur a $200 fee for landscape. Please be sure to follow all house rules. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee. Outdoor furniture is available upon request due to weather.
