Very Big House!! Close to everything. Walmart is 1.1 miles away, Kroger is 1 mile away, Dallas Downtown is 15 miles away. Circle drive at least 6 vehicles & yard has a lot of shade in the front & back. Open Kitchen with everything you will need. HUGE master bathroom with Sauna/Jacuzzi/Men's Urinal and Large Shower. Has 4 Bathrooms & 4 bedrooms. In a very safe neighborhood. Nice covered patio in back yard. Several games/workout equipment. ASK about booking BOAT. Lake Ray Hubbard is 19mi
The space
The living room, dining room and kitchen are open space.
Dining table sits 8 guests, kitchen counter sits 5 guests.
Kitchen has open cabinets SO easy to grab what you need😊
The ping pong table and workout equipment are together in one room. We are not response for accidents ( play and exercise at your own risk ) there is a massage table and massager on that table that you can use at your own risk.
There Is a doggie door in that room.
There is a CD player on the shelf for those that like to walk on the tread mill and want to listen to music when they don’t have their phone with them.
The bedroom towards the back of the house sleeps 5 guests and has a love seat and TV for your entertainment. There is a refrigerator with water in that room. There is also a work desk in that room. You can go to the back yard and deck from that room.
The master bedroom has a TV and books on the bed shelf. The closet is walk-in and has plenty of room to sit do your make up and get dressed in there.
The master bathroom has a huge shower, a juccuzi, a sauna and a nice two basin sink. The toilet room has a toilet and a urinal.
Sauna instructions will be given at booking time.
There are 4 bathrooms, all have showers😊
Other two bedrooms are also very nice.
Washer and dryer can be used during your stay. Please use liquid detergent. There is a huge shower in the laundry room 😀
