This house has dedicated beds to sleep 7. The primary bedroom has a King bed with a flat screen smart TV and an updated on suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. The loft has a twin over full bunk bed with a flat screen TV and new carpet! The kitchen has been newly updated with great amenities such as a stainless steel stove, dishwasher, new delta faucet, and stainless steel sink. Be your own bartender, and utilize the glass rinser! There is a full updated second bathroom on the bottom level along with a washer/dryer, cozy wood burning fireplace, and a 55 in flat screen TV with a Roku. Sky Blue is pet friendly, please refer to other details for pet information. Take in the stunning views of Gold Mountain from the front deck. Or enjoy the fenced in backyard with a hot tub! This house is perfect for families looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city living, and enjoy the great outdoors! The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare a fabulous meal. With fun games, three TVs, as well as a retro Nintendo gaming console/foosball table in the loft, the kids will have plenty to keep themselves entertained! Towels, bedding, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps are provided; just bring your personal items. Towels are also provided for the jacuzzi, however, they are not for lake use! Restaurants, gas, and groceries and tons of fun are close by! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful, well thought out space. We've partnered with a company called Showplace HQ and Glimpse, to provide guests with free quality products (coffee, wine, etc.). So please enjoy the products! If traveling with a party of two, please message for discounted rates.
Please let me know if you're bringing a pet. There is a one pup max, unless special arrangements are made. We expect all dogs to be very well trained, no furniture chewers please. Please do not leave dogs unattended. If left unattended, they must be left in a crate. There is a flat fee of $60 per stay. For extended stays, please reach out in advance as we can charge a flat fee for pets. We have a fenced in backyard for your pup to roam. Charges will accrue if poop is not picked up from the yard.
Please note, that this house is located in a mountain town. Seasonal changes can attract ants/bugs. Please let us know if anything is observed upon arrival so that we can remedy the situation.

Summary: Our stay was everything and more. Our family wanted to get away from the crazy fireworks in LA and this was the most perfect location! The home is fully stocked with all you would need to feel right at home. With gorgeous views of the mountains right outside on the front porch. Kylie the owner was super responsive and even had a handyman on standby that she sent when we needed something serviced. We loved every second in this home and will definitely be coming back in the future. <3 Thank you Kylie and John.
