Exceptional location! Immaculate, ski-in/out 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom condo in Building 7 of the Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley) Lodge. Only 200 feet to KT22. Steps to gear rental, the 'Chamy' for apres ski, and everything in the Village! EV charger, free covered parking in garage, fully stocked with A+ amenities, comfy beds, extra bedding fluffy towels, & full size crib. Access to year-round hot-tubs, fitness center, game room, etc.! Excellent coffee and tea selection too! A+ host!
Condo is 1,100 square feet and all on the same floor. Condo balconies overlook a fully fenced-in courtyard which is great for your dog. Courtyard also includes a year-round hot-tub.
Space includes:
- Master bedroom: 1 king bed, desk, and full bathroom ensuite with double vanities
- Bedroom 2: 2 full size beds, desk, private balcony, and full bathroom
- Main living area: fully equipped kitchen with island, 4 stools, dining table, comfortable couch (that pulls out into a full size bed, gas fireplace.
Other things to note:
- We provide LOTS of fluffy towels, free toiletries, robes, beach towels, all the spices and kitchen gadgets, extra bedding and so many more amenities that will make your stay incredibly comfortable.
- There are 2 furnished balconies overlooking courtyard with hot-tub and great views.
You'll have the entire condo to yourself and access to all the amenities in the PT Lodge such as the fitness center, pools, hot-tubs, sauna, beautifully remodeled lobbies with comfortable furniture and huge fireplaces, ping pong room, and more.
You really don't need a car if you don't want to rent one (if you're flying in.) There are free shuttles that will take you around Lake Tahoe, to Truckee, to Donner Lake, other ski resorts, and more. Shuttle stops are located right around the corner from the condo's building.
