NEW: HOT SPRINGS HOT TUB OVERLOOKING RIVER BY JULY 2024. Enjoy quality time in front of wood burning fireplace, playing pool in game room, making meals in the gourmet chef’s kitchen or the outdoor grill overlooking the river, snow ball fights, sledding on our private sled run or playing cornhole on approx. 1 acre property - over 300’ of private riverfront that looks onto unobstructed views of forest service land. You won’t find another property like this! It is truly one of a kind. The house has ample space for your family and friends to spread out or gather.
There is a great room with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, a reading nook and plenty of books to read during your stay. The gourmet chef’s kitchen with a door to the outdoor grill area has room for many “chefs in the kitchen”! The dining area can seat 10 people and there is counter seating for 6 people. The outdoor dining table (set up in summer months only) can accommodate 10. The game/pool table room is the perfect place for fun. Game closet has a great selection of games, 60” flat screen TV, Bluetooth enabled sound system and pool table over looking the river. In the last year we have upgraded to a new 135K BTU furnace and new Water Heater. Three push button recirculating water pumps are installed in the kitchen and both master bathrooms to ensure that hot water is there when you need it and precious water is not wasted down the drain. The two primary bedrooms (one on the first floor) are extra large with walk in closets and large bathrooms. During warmer weather there are four decks in which you can dine, lounge, exercise or relax with a good book. We have new outdoor dining furniture, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and three hammocks for chilling by the river. Outdoor fun on the property includes cornhole, volleyball, croquet and a dedicated play structure and picnic area for the kids.
